Refund policy

We will happily exchange Cabinet, Door, Window & Other Hardware, Bathroom Accessories and Electrical items that are in original, unopened, saleable condition for a period of 28 days from placement of your online order. Unfortunately, no exchange is available on Lighting, Tapware, Mirrors, Towel Rails, Basins or Sinks. You are responsible for all postage, courier and handling charges involved in an exchange. Please note you must contact us for approval prior to returning any item you wish to exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it.

Please note that, as per Australian Consumer Law guidelines, refunds will only be given if certain conditions apply.  See details below.
 

We will provide a refund if the product supplied:

Is faulty or damaged
That is, has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

Is unfit for purpose
That is, it will not do what it is supposed to do. For example, a window fitting that does not work on a window.

Please note a sash window fitting is not unfit for purpose because it does not work properly on a casement window.

Is significantly different from the sample or description
For example, a polished brass fitting instead of a polished chrome fitting.

Is unsafe

We will not provide a refund if:

You change your mind after buying the item

You found it cheaper elsewhere

You decided it was too expensive

You knew about a particular fault prior to purchase

You were responsible for causing the fault or damage
 

We will not refund postage, courier and handling charges.
